Some unidentified people defaced the signboard of Pakistan International Airport (PIA) office at Barakhamba Road with black spray paint and pasted a pamphlet at the office gates threatening to shut it down.
On Monday, PIA officials lodged a report at the Barakhamba Road Police Station against unidentified persons threatening them.
Preliminary investigations revealed that the pamphlet was probably written by Delhi Shiv Sena and after scanning the CCTV footage of the PIA office building, it has emerged that two youths disfigured the signboard with the help of spray paint.
The incident came to light on Monday morning when the PIA officials arrived at their office to note the board was defaced with black paint.
The official said that the pamphlet that the miscreants left behind read: “Pakistanis killed our jawans so you don't need to be there, your office will be closed soon.”
