A schoolteacher from Chinmaya Vidyalaya in South Delhi’s Vasant Vihar area alleged that school principal Abhijeet Bose and manager Vijay Daulat molested her within the school premises in March 2014. This is the second charges of molestation by teacher reported from the school.
The victim somehow mustered courage and approached the police on April 16, following which a case under section 354, 354A /34 was registered at Vasant Kunj (North) police station. In her complaint the woman stated that Daulat would often ask her to come home and meet him since 2012. The woman stated that in one such incident Bose called her to his cabin and started appreciating her dressing sense. Bose called her sexy and then she left the cabin immediately. later on she was issued a notice regarding her dressing sense. The victim said that the incident was repeated on March 14 but this time the principal asked her to get into a compromise with him. He also appreciated her fitness and the figure she maintained. “The victim was scared and did not know what to do as she was still working with the school. A case has been registered and we are investigating the charges levied on the accused. No arrests have been made so far,” said a police official.
