As per the policy, land owners can pool their land and develop it as per the Master Plan-21 that is in force.

The proposed development under the policy is expected to be planned and executed as world class 'smart' and sustainable neighborhoods, sectors and zones," said a DDA official. Currently, Rohini, Dwarka, Narela Sub-city projects are some glimpses of Land Pooling Policy.

The DDA has also developed an online portal for inviting Expression of Willingness (EOW) for participation of land owners falling in Planning Zones K-1, L, N and P-II.

The portal which was launched for a period of six month has been extended for one more month up to September 6, 2019.

"Considering the encouraging response received from the people, the registration has been extended for one more month. Till now 23.3 % of the developable area of the Land pooling zones has expressed willingness and the request/demand from various land owners for extension of time limit for expressing willingness for participation under the policy, the date has therefore been extended up-to September 6, 2019," said the official.
