Delhi BJP president Manoj Tiwari on Tuesday said the Arvind Kejriwal Government first work should be to construct toilet blocks for which it has already been sanctioned land, instead of levelling baseless allegations against the lieutenant-Governor and the Delhi Development Authority in the matter of allotment of land for Mohalla clinics.
Tiwari said after the high drama staged by AAP MlAs on Mohalla clinics, the party had formed a team of Pradesh vice president Rajiv Babbar and Councillor Veena Virmani to study the matter. "The team has found that Kejriwal Government has been maliciously accusing the DDA and the l-G in the matter of allotment of land for Mohalla clinics without pursuing the matter.
He further said it is clear that the Government has no intention to work for public welfare and the drama performed at the Rajnivas last week was just a malicious political campaign against the l-G and the DDA.
"The team's study also tells that various other organisations like Indian Railways and Municipal Corporations of Delhi have also given land to DUSIB. on its request," he said.
