In order to provide easy and quick access to the services, BSES Rajdhani Power limited (BRPl) and BSES Yamuna Power limited (BYPl) have launched 24 x 7 toll-free helpline numbers. With the facility, customers can report complaints regarding power shortage and power theft. Besides, the numbers can also be dialed for availing number of facilities such as new connection, name change, requesting duplicate bill, resolve billing and metering queries.
Residents of South and West Delhi can dial number BRPl helpline number 19123, while those living in East and Central Delhi (BYPl) can access the facilities by dialing19122.
BSES spokesperson said, “It has always been our continuous endeavor to keep improving the services that we offer to our consumers. “These two new toll-free numbers are a testimonial to this. It will further enhance the services that we offer,” he said.
