BJP's Goel to seek feedback from Delhiites

Claiming that full Statehood is now a distant dream for Delhi due to the “attitude of AAP leaders especially post odd-even scheme”, Member of Parliament Vijay Goel said on Monday that he will conduct a survey on car rationing scheme by reaching out to at least 10,000 people across Delhi. “The surveyors will seek the opinion of people on various busy crossroads of Delhi, metro stations, pedestrians, two wheeler drivers, car drivers etc,” he said in a statement, adding that 13 teams have been formed to conduct the survey.

Goel said he will take part in the survey on Tuesday at 10 am outside Rajiv Chowk Metro station along with the team of lok Abhiyaan volunteers. The survey form will have questions such as that whether during the scheme there was reduction in pollution, traffic; whether people were overcharged by radio taxi companies and auto services.

The survey will also focus on the publicity budget of the scheme, if Kejriwal Government had full preparedness for the implementation of the scheme, the problem people faced due to the scheme, whether they carpooled during this time and whether they would want the scheme to be repeated, Goel said.
