Eleven days after the attack on BJP leader Brajpal Teotia, doctors of Noida’s Fortis Hospital said the leader is out of danger and that his health condition has improved. Teotia is now communicating with relatives and people, but the doctors have not relieved him.
Union Minster and Ghaziabad MP General (retd) VK Singh and senior BJP leader Kalraj Mishra on Sunday met Teotia.
Three major surgeries were conducted on him after the BJP leader was admitted in a highly critical condition. Teotia is recovering after undergoing surgeries for multiple gunshot injuries. He was attacked by assailants near Rawli Road area in Ghaziabad on August 11 around 8 pm.
Teotia was travelling with five others, including his private bodyguards, in a white Mahindra Scorpio when AK-47 borne assailants attacked him.
Ghaziabad police have arrested two sharp shooters who were involved in murderous attack. Police have also arrested five others for their involvement in this case. The weapons used in crime including an AK-47, two 9 mm pistols and a lot of cartridges were recovered from a cricket bag that were dumped in a field and a SUVs vehicle was also seize from there.
