The Delhi BJP on Thursday launched Ghar Ghar BJP mass contact programme with several party leaders and workers visiting residential units in their respective areas. Delhi BJP president Vijay Goel visited 20 households at Oberoi Apartments in Civil lines where he shared with them BJP’s vision for development of Delhi. He also got the feedback forms filled from them. These inputs in the feedback forms will be used in drafting the manifesto as well as developing the electoral strategy.
The BJP is reaching out to every family in the city through personal contact and mobilisation at the grassroot level under this programme, which is based on the philosophy of ‘back to basics’. As part of the Ghar Ghar BJP programme, the BJP cadres will also share with people the party’s Prime Ministerial candidate Narendra Modi’s vision for nation building.
“In our campaign, we are not only exposing the Delhi Government for its failures, but also offering solution to the critical issues in the city like power, water, safety of women, health and hygiene, roads, education and so on,” Goel said.
In Rohini, former BJP president Vijender Gupta also visited residential houses and interacted with locals seeking their views on betterment of services and infrastructure in the national Capital.
Gupta said people assured him that they would vote for the BJP as they were fed up with the 15-year Congress misrule.
