Delhi Bharatiya Janta Party (BJP) president Manoj Tiwari visited Timarpur Jhuggi Basti in North Delhi and apprised residents about the various social welfare policies of the Central Government.
A senior BJP leader said that the residents complained about the scarcity of drinking water in the area, increasing power tariff and law and order problem. Tiwari listened to their problem and assured them to solve it as soon as possible, he said.
Tiwari said that Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal said that it is unfortunate that even after three and half years of Kejriwal Government, the residents have not been provided the basic amenities.
