A businessman, who raped his 16-year-old minor girl, has been sent to 14 days judicial custody by Gurgaon local court on Friday. The incident was reported on Thursday evening when the girl narrated her ordeal to her school principal that his father on the pretext of taking her to Dubai, has planned to rape her.
The victim said in her complaint to the police that her father has been raping her for the last three years. He sought a chance to rape her after her mother started living out of station.
The accused is owner of company with the annual turn over of Rs1,200 crore. He was living with her daughter in posh upscale high-rise condominium on the Golf Course road at the city. Police arrested him on Thursday night.
According to the police, the accused initially had raped his minor daughter twice in Bhopal and Haridwar during her holiday’s period. Kumar also threatened her with dire consequences if she reveals about her ordeal to anyone. later, Kumar had been repeatedly raping her in home.
“Her medical examination has confirmed rape. The girl's mother has also confessed that her daughter was being subjected to sexual assault,” said police said
“Most of the time she become a victim of rape while she was on holidays or business trip with Kumar, The matter was come in light when the victim has narrated her ordeal before school teacher. Shocked with the plight of the victim, school teacher has taken the initiative and immediately surfaced the matter before school’s principal. Then, the school authority approached Sushant lok police station and lodged complaint against Kumar,” Dayal added.
Kumar has planned to go to Dubai with his daughter for a for a business trip on Thursday evening as well but she has made an excuse before her father and went to school where she has broke her silence before a teacher.
