The emails sent from Julka’s account stated, “I am presently in Spain to visit my sick cousin and I would be grateful if you can do this for me. My cousin and his family had an accident here in Madrid and his wife who was driving at that time is already dead. I have to pay the hospital bill of my cousin and his son whose leg was broken from the accident, which is totaling to `1,30,000. I will definitely return the money once I am back and any amount will be accepted with gratitude. It is a personal request only and if it is not possible, don’t feel pressurised about it. I am counting on your help to save my cousin’s life and eagerly waiting for your reply.”

In his complaint, the  CIC further alleged that  another email bimal@outlook.in was created by the suspects that it might be used for other serious offences and it is a potential security threat.

“This has caused immense mental tension to me and also damaged my reputation. For now I have changed my password so that the same offence from my email can be prevented from reoccurring,” the CIC further stated in his complaint.
