With over a week to go for the polls and campaigning at its peak, Aam Aadmi Party’s South Delhi candidate Colonel Devinder Sehrawat made a scathing attack on his BJP rival from the seat, Ramesh Bidhuri.

He alleged that Bidhuri has not given full information about criminal cases pending against him in his election affidavit. “In his electoral affidavit, Bidhuri had mentioned only three FIRs, while six FIRs are registered against him in different police stations. On March 9 last year, Bidhuri allegedly misbehaved with a woman employee of Delhi Secretariat. later, the woman had registered case against him,” Sehrawat said, while addressing a Press conference at the party HQs at Hanuman Road. Reacting to the allegations, Bidhuri said, “Sehrawat has got a severe blow as enthusiastic supporters pooled from his area of Mahipalpur have donated Rs 5 lakh towards my campaign. This has hurt him.”
