Delhi Police Vigilance Branch arrested an Assistant Sub-Inspector of Narela Police Station for taking bribe from a building supplier.
RK Jha, Additional Commissioner of Police (Vigilance Branch) said that the Branch had received a complaint from a building material supplier in the area of DSIDC, Narela stating that ASI Ram Kishan of Police Post Bhor Garh, PS Narela of the Rohini district has seized his two vehicles without any fault and is demanding Rs 10,000/- from him to get his vehicles released early.
“Acting on the information, a raiding team was immediately constituted by the Vigilance Branch.
