The juvenile’s lawyer has filed a petition at the Gurugram Sessions Court challenging the verdict of Juvenile Justice (JJ) Board that held the accused juvenile to be tried as an adult in the murder case of 7-year-old Pradyuman Thakur at Ryan International School’s Bhondsi branch.
The hearing on the plea is scheduled for Friday and the teenager will also be produced before the Sessions Court on the same day.
Earlier on December 15, JJB had rejected the bail plea of the teenager accused of killing seven-year-old Pradyuman Thakur.
