leader of Opposition Vijender Gupta on Thursday said that having suffered a huge defeat in Delhi University Students Union elections last year, the Chhatra Yuva Sangharsh Samiti (CYSS) the student wing of Aam Aadmi Party has decided not to participate in the Student Union Elections this year.
“This decision of AAP shows that how much Arvind Kejriwal has fear of defeat,” said Gupta. He also added that last year CYSS had fielded its candidates for the Student Union Elections. “In utter violation of the recommendations of lingdoh Committee, Aam Admi Party had spent crores of rupees on election campaign for the Student Union. lakhs of posters with photograph of the CM were pasted all over Delhi in total violation of code of conduct,” he said.
