Delhi Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) spokesperson Praveen Shankar Kapoor has said like all political parties Aam Aadmi Party ( AAP ) too is free to carry on its political agenda but it is really shocking that AAP's entire politics revolves around making baseless allegations against BJP ruled civic bodies.
“AAP is running Delhi Government and if its leaders feel that MCDs are as corrupt as they regularly allege then why don’t they order a inquiry against MCDs through local government or through any independent agency like CBI,” he said
AAP has organised 1500 Mohalla Sabha to reach every citizen aiming to inform about alleged MCD scam. “On December11 2020 AAP minister Satyendra Jain had announced that he has asked Addl. Chief Secretary of Urban Development Department to hold a inquiry into Rs. 2500 crores scam in MCDs related to rent dispute between North and South civic bodies and give report in 2 days,” Over 3 weeks have lapsed however Delhi is yet to see any inquiry report, this is so because no scam took place,” he said,”Its all a dirty political campaign by AAP to tarnish image of BJP ruled civic bodies.”
