Ghaziabad police failed to arrest the culprit. Kuldeep Panwar, who was riding the bullet bike, lodged a complaint with the link Road Police station, in which he alleged that it was an attempt to kill the AAP leader and a case under Sections 307, 337, 338 and 279 of IPC, was registered.

Police said that Santosh Koli was hit when she was coming to her party office in Kaushambi. She was sitting on a bullet motorcycle being riden by Panwar. At about 3.00 pm, a car rammed into the motorcycle from behind and Kuldeep lost control. Kuldeep and Santosh sustained critical injuries.
