The Delhi Police Crime Branch arrested four robbers and recovered jewellery worth of Rs25 lakh. A part of the robbed jewellery has been pledged with Muthoot finance. Police identified the accused as Gurmukh(27), Bharat Kumar(23), Himanshu (29) and Tanu Singh(23)
On May 19 this year, three armed robbers went to the house of businessman Kuldeep Singh in the Gulabi Bagh area. The robbers went there with one packet of sweets in the garb of giving invitation for some functionand had then forced their way inside their house and had looted cash amounting to Rs1.5 lakhs.
