Water supply would be affected in the parts of national Capital on Thursday and Friday due to interconnection in newly laid 1200 mm diameter water pipe line by diversion of existing line at Hazrat Nizamuddin metro station.
Areas where supply would not be available or available at low pressure are Kailash Nagar, Sarai Kale Khan, Jal Vihar, lajpat Nagar, Moolchand, Greater Kailash, Vasant Kunj, Devli, Ambedkar Nagar, Okhla, Dakshinpuri, Panchsheel Park, Shahpur Jat, Kotla Mubarakpur, defence Colony, Sarita Vihar, Siddhartha Enclave, Apollo, GK (North), G.K.(South), Malviya Nagar, Deer Park, Geetanjali, Shriniwaspuri, Chattarpur, New Delhi Municipal Council and adjoining areas.
Delhi Jal Board has advised residents to store sufficient quantity of water in advance as per their requirement.
