Two people were arrested by the New Delhi district Police when they tried to run over a constable, who stopped them near India Gate, on the intervening night of Saturday and Sunday.
“Palinder Singh Jolly (22) and Anmol Jeet Singh Bindra (22) were travelling in an open jeep. They were coming from Tilak Marg towards India Gate. Constable Amar Singh signaled them to stop.
