A minor girl studying in Class IX was allegedly thrown off the fourth floor of a building by the landlord’s son in Noida when she resisted a molestation attempt by him on Wednesday late night. Police have arrested the accused who is also a minor.
Police said the deceased girl (14), who hailed from Etawah district, had come to meet her parents living in Noida’s Gadhi Chowkhandi village two weeks ago on occasion of Diwali.
Police said the incident took place when she was in her balcony on the fourth floor. Police said the accused reached there at night and started molesting her. When she objected, he allegedly pushed her from fourth floor.
Police said her body was found in a pool of blood on ground floor and she was rushed to a private hospital where doctors declared her brought dead.
