The board also gave its approval to give 100 per cent rebate on the late Payment Surcharge (lPSC) amount for domestic consumers. Consumers need to clear their water bills by March 31 to avail the facility. This facility was extended earlier also by the Board and it had received a positive response from the consumers, consequently, the board decided to repeat the scheme.
