With an aim to revolutionize the way society approaches maternal health, senior gynecologists and two graduates of Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) have developed 'iMumz', App to provide requisite consultation to individual mother about the right approach to mental wellbeing, lifestyle and about life-threatening complication during pregnancy.
Ravi Teja Akondi, Co-founder and CEO of iMumz said that modern lifestyle and prevalence of nuclear families significantly impact the expecting women's state of mind. "The App aims to change life-threatening complication during pregnancy by becoming a constant companion of expecting mothers and coaching them in the right way of approaching maternal health. The digital platform has received immense support from gynecologists from across the country, who is actively recommending it to the patients," he said.
