US President Barack Obama has condemned the “heinous murder” of a second Japanese hostage by the ISIS terror group and said his administration with its allies will continue taking decisive action to degrade and destroy the dreaded outfit. “The US condemns the heinous murder of Japanese journalist Kenji Goto by ISIS,” Obama said on Saturday. An online video released last night showed an ISIS militant behead the Japanese journalist, which ended days of negotiations by diplomats to save the man. “Through his reporting, Goto sought to convey the plight of the Syrian people to the world. Our thoughts are with Goto’s family and loved ones and we stand today in solidarity with PM Abe and Japanese people in denouncing this barbaric act,” he said.
