With a view to create awareness among employees about the core values of the organisation, the core value actualisation programme is being organised every month at National Capital Power Station, Dadri.
As part of closing ceremony of actualisation of the core value, “Enterprising”, Padma Vibhushan Bindeshwar Pathak, founder, Sulabh International Social Service Organisation was invited as guest speaker to deliver lecture. Pathak shared with the audience his journey towards success story of Sulabh International. He also inaugurated the exhibition of working models prepared by the school children and appreciated the creative ideas depicted by the school children through working models.
As part up of the actualisation programme for the core value “Enterprising” was also taken up to be publicised during January. Various programmes such as success stories of entrepreneurs of different sectors of industry were shared with all employees through mail, essay and slogan competition for employees and spouses, quiz for employees, visual quiz for HODs, on-the-spot painting competition and working model exhibition and competition for children of the township were organised. Pathak also gave away prizes to the winners of various competitions held during the core value actualisation programme.
