‘Always addressed Irrfan Khan as papa’
It has been over three months that Irrfan Khan passed away. Radhika Madan, who co-starred with the late actor in his last release, has an interesting anecdote as she recalls working with him.
She opened up on the bond she shared with Irrfan on the sets of their film, Angrezi Medium, and shared how she used to call him “papa” or “dad”. In the film, Irrfan played Radhika’s father.
“I never addressed him as sir, I always addressed him as papa or dad. He would just smile. I remember when I first met him and I called him dad, instead of feeling weird about it, he gave me a big hug. I will always remember him as dad,” Radhika said.
‘More than often I am told that now I am focusing on my career in South and have left Mumbai. But I have not gone anywhere. Scripts and opportunities took me everywhere. Why should I say no to a film if the story is exciting? I think we are a generation of actor for whom the length of the role does not matter but substance does.’

Brandy unveils new music album
Singer Brandy has unveiled her seventh album B7 after an eight-year break.
The 15-track album is co-written and co-produced by Brandy. It also has collaborations with Chance the Rapper, Daniel Caesar and her daughter, Sy’rai.
After a five-year legal battle with her former label, Chameleon Entertainment, Brandy told Rolling Stone that she has finally found freedom with this record’s release.
“I put everything I could into this project. It was so freeing for me because I did get a chance to really dig in and write from my heart of hearts. I was able to really get a lot of things off of my chest, really use music as a way to escape and heal,” Brandy said.
