A learning year for Sanjay Dutt
Actor Sanjay Dutt, who turned 61 yesterday, said that it has been a great year of learning for him.
He said, “It has been a great year of learning for me. It’s a different feeling for me since I’m celebrating my birthday away from my family but in the time of social media, we are not so away, thankfully just like how we recently celebrated Maanayata’s (wife) birthday. I was shooting back to back earlier and then, the lockdown came into place so, I really miss them all. I wish I could have spent all these months with them but their safety is of utmost importance right now. I’m sure once we all reunite, we will have a celebration like never before. I, thank everyone for their invaluable wishes.”
‘My son cooks, but I didn’t know he could cook so many things. Only during the lockdown, I have discovered that he knows how to make rajma and pizza from scratch. He can also make Tiramisu dessert. We have not ordered food even for a day because we have our own two chefs in the kitchen. That has been the silver lining.’

Actor Vidya Balan has dedicated a poem to all the daughters of India, ahead of the release of her forthcoming film based on the life of late mathematics genius Shakuntala Devi.
The video is a tribute to the relationship that a woman has with her mother.
In the black and white video, Vidya narrates how every mother was once a daughter. The recital also looks at empowering every girl to be fearless, break glass ceilings and to believe in themselves to achieve what they dream of.
Jennifer on getting Emmy nod
Actor Jennifer Aniston is ecstatic to get nominated for an Emmy award for the first time in 11 years.
Aniston received a nomination for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series, for her portrayal of Alex Levy in The Morning Show. She shared her delight through an Instagram post, which featured several behind-the-scenes pictures from the show’s set.
“What a morning waking up to this news! I am so proud of my @themorningshow family. This team worked so hard to make the best show we possibly could. I am truly honored to be a part of it. Thanks for this acknowledgment and congratulations to everyone,” Aniston posted.
