With a view to make the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan campaign a great success, Delhi Transco limited also launched a special cleanliness drive in and around its various office complexes.
The Abhiyan took off with Swachhta Pledge, which was administered at DTl’s headquarter by Sanjeev Singh, managing director. At other locations, respective office/installation incharges administered the pledge. The managing director, DTl called upon every employee to do their best to make the campaign very successful. After taking the pledge, the employees did sharmdaan for two hours by sweeping the premises, roads around the office complex and counselling the workers of the nearby dhabas, eateries and tea-stalls about the importance of the campaign.
