Game of Thrones brings the dark, mystic, magical and freezing story back to our TV sets with season 7, says Team Viva
A political potboiler, Game of Thrones, along with the added substance of medieval legend, offers a great entertainment as purposeful and power hungry lords and ladies strive for the royal position, unleashing a fierce and risky game that debilitates the shaky peace of this primitive society. With Cersei on the Iron Throne, the trailer offers a cocktail of action, conspiracy and murder. The show is set on the fictional continents of Essos and Westeros having several plot lines and a large ensemble caste.
With the series surpassing the content of the books, it was hard to say whether the TV series will be able to sustain itself. Here’s where we left off the Game of Thrones in season 6.
With Cersei’s final blow at the Sept of Baelor, the writers are now free from the responsibility of capturing every detail on screen. Deeply in love with Margaery, King Tommen commits sucide by jumping off a tower, which leads to Cersei taking the Iron Throne.

Meanwhile, Bran finds another weirdwood tree and had recieved another vision—which explained much more about Jon Snow’s parentage, including he being the son of lyanna Stark and not Ned’s, while, Sansa brushes off littlefinger’s love for her.
After the long wait of almost 6 seasons, Daenerys Targaryen has finally gathered her ships and is on a sail for Westeros to conquer her castle, Dragonstone. Thanks to Varys, went to Dorne to recruit the Sand Snakes and lady Ollena to Daenerys's side in the Westeros. And not to forget the Greyjoys, the Dothraki, the Unsullied, and her dragons.
