The web-based residential management system for the convenience of the residents of Railway colonies in Delhi division was inaugurated by general manager Northern Railway, VK Gupta in a simple ceremony at Northern Railway headquarters office, Baroda House.
Anoop Sahoo, additional general manager, Northern Railway, AK Harit, principal chief engineer, Mohd Jamshed, chief operating manager, Northern Railway and AK Sachan, divisional Railway manager of Delhi division along with other senior officers were also present on the occasion. The residents of the Railway colonies in Delhi such as Sewa Nagar, Sarojini Nagar, lodhi Colony, Hazrat Nizamuddin, etc can register their complaints related to their residence through centralised complaint centre and through Northern Railway website or www.dli.ircms.in. The residents may register their complaints round the clock through internet and smart mobile phone and from 7 am to 7 pm from Monday to Saturday through CUG/ DOT or Railway phones.
