GAIl refutes the news item of any of its employee being under CBI custody on account of graft charges. Bhagwat Sagar Ojha, a Dy. Collector in Government of Uttar Pradesh, was on assignment from the State in the capacity of a Competent Authority to facilitate GAIl in RoU acquisition activity for laying pipelines in the region. B S Ojha has been repatriated to the State. Both the accused are not the employees of GAIl (India) limited.
