The Hollywood actor indulged in Indian delicacies at The Rambagh Palace, Jaipur

Rajasthan is one famous stopover for Hollywood hotties coming to India. Robert De Niro too visited Jaipur and regaled his Indian moments at The Rambagh Palace. The actor was welcomed in royal style with a horse drawn carriage and vintage cars at the main entrance.

Overlooking the manicured front lawns, a traditional welcome along with champagne was offered within the palace. Post his arrival, De Niro was taken for a walk around the property and was re-introduced to the palace he last visited 35 years ago. During his walk, he was familiarised with a few signature suites, lawns and Suvarna Mahal, the fine dining restaurant.

After the tour, the actor settled down along with his daughter and friends who were travelling with him, to relish Indian breakfast with some local delicacies from the Marwar region. Their delectable menu included mirchi bada, dal kachori, potli samosa and palak ki pakodi coupled with some south Indian delicacies like idli and wada along with sambhar and trio of chutnis.
