Both the speakers and the participants will interact in the Open Forum after the deliberations on the theme. MA Sikandar, director NBT will preside over the function.
This discussion is a part of NBT’s National Centre for Children’s literature’s (NCCl) monthly meeting programme. NCCl is a wing of National Book Trust, which organises a brain storming session every month.
Such discussions provide a vibrant and meaningful platform for promotion of reading habit and in the process facilitate lively dialogue among the makers and promoters of children’s literature. Authors, illustrators, editors, publishers, researchers, librarians, teachers, parents, children and activists in the field of children’s literature — all those who have attended these meetings in the past have found it useful for their creative and intellectual growth.
