Farhan Akhtar will put up a live performance on the eve of I-day
live concerts offer a euphoric moment but are also accompanied by tiring attempts for a glimpse of the performer through the packed crowd. The songs make you sway but one has to be wary of stepping on the person standing besides. Keeping all this in mind, Oxigen Wallet is organising ‘Stroke of Midnight Concert,’ India’s first online show with Farhan Akhtar, who will be performing live. “The strokeofmidnight.com webcert performance is my first online streaming concert, which will enable people to watch Farhan live perform on web and other devices for just one rupee. I am really looking forward to it,” exclaims Farhan.
The concert is scheduled for the midnight of August 14, just around that time when the clock struck to mark India’s freedom from British rule in year 1947. Farhan was named in a survey conducted by Oxigen as the most popular icon. Singers like Aditi Singh Sharma, Shannon Donald and Purvi Koutish will also be performing at this concert.
