‘I am glad to work with fine actors’

Actress Richa Chadha, who has begun shooting for Anubhav Sinha’s political satire titled Abhi Toh Party Shuru Hui Hai in lucknow, says it is refreshing to work with artistes who improvise scenes.

The cast of 12 also includes Saurabh Shukla, Pankaj Tripathi, Vinay Pathak, Pavan Malhotra, Divya Dutta, Kumud Mishra, Manoj Pahwa, Richa Chadha, Dilip Prabhavalkar, Cyrus Broacha, Prateik Babbar and Shriya Pilgaonkar.

“I am thrilled to be a part of such a stellar cast. It is so refreshing to work with actors who are improvising and making everything funnier in each passing scene. I love the character I am playing in this film. I wanted to do a comedy after Fukrey and this is just right,” said Richa.

‘I had pre-conceived notions about Varun Dhawan, the commercial world he was living, stardom and all. I saw innocence in his eyes. There was something  pure about him. Varun surrendered himself to me, which was difficult for him. But brave of him to come from that world to our world and surrender’

Actress Dakota Fanning says she has faced anxiety troubles while growing up. She says smaller things being out of place often trigger a sense of unsettlement in her. “I wasn't an anxious child at all, but as I've got older, I've felt more anxiety moving into my life. Usually, the little things I get anxious about are indicative of a bigger thing. For me, making a decision that's going to affect something in the future is overwhelming. Or I can be fine for a long, long time, and then I'll walk into my apartment and then (panic) that things are a mess.”

Mark calls Infinity war a grand film

Actor Mark Ruffalo believes it is not everyday one gets to be a part of a film as grand as his upcoming release Avengers: Infinity War, that not only boasts of insane number of superheroes but is equally special in terms of quality creative concepts. Ruffalo, who plays Hulk in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU), said the CGI and the craftsmanship he saw on the sets of the Anthony and Joe Russo-directed film was “astounding”. “It's amazing. As an actor, you just don't get to work in that kind of scale. It's always either CGI, or it's just a tiny piece of an environment. But we have it all. I was walking around that set and seeing places that were completely propped and designed and decorated and painted.”

“It hearkens back to another time in Hollywood that really hasn't existed for quite some time. The amount of craftsmanship that's present is pretty astounding,” added Ruffalo.
