Big B croons A Capella number

Megastar Amitabh Bachchan, who at 75 continues to experiment with new things, has recently sung an A Capella song.

Said he, “The many expressions for the A Capella number I sang last night and shot today. A Capella, where the entire song is done by one voice... See it soon,” Big B captioned a collage of photographs featuring his many expressions.”

“It's time for A-Capella and for those who are as ignorant and uneducated as me, A Capella is a style of song where each and every sound that one hears is the voice of the singer, the drums, the bass guitar, the percussions, the chorus of singing voices all done by the singer. One voice, one song, one man and one me,” Bachchan added.

‘You cannot enforce the culture or imbibe it. There are immense economic and social problems, but sometimes the main papers and politicians don't talk about them because they are focused on a film. It's empowering to the film industry, but it's ridiculous’

Actress Katherine Heigl says filming 27 Dresses with the likes of James Marsden, Malin Akerman and Judy Greer was like a “college experience”.

“We started filming in Rhode Island, and whenever you shoot on location, you tend to bond so quickly with your cast. We'd only have each other to go to dinner with and eat lunch with. You become this super close-knit group, and I was working with some of the greatest people”, said Heigl who had fun with the cast members.

Hanks wishes to join 007 family

Hollywood legend Tom Hanks said he would love to star in a James Bond movie, but he has never been approached for a role.

“It would be great to join the 007 family and would be up for playing a villain’s role. No one has asked me to be in any of those. I might have to hold out to play the guy who says ‘Before I kill you, Mr. Bond, perhaps you would like a tour of my installationIJ”

Hanks can currently be seen alongside Hollywood veteran Meryl Streep in Steven Spielberg's latest movie The Post, a journalism drama which marks his fifth collaboration with the iconic filmmaker.

“It's (The Post) a suspense thriller where there's an awful lot  at stake, and it's a piece of history that still comments on the present day scenario,” he added.
