I am a human first: Ileana
Actress Ileana D'Cruz who recently spoke about her struggles with body dysmorphic disorder for 15 years, believes that speaking up would help in bringing “more awareness.”
When asked how difficult it is for a celebrity to open up about personal problems, she shared, “I don't personally look at myself as a so-called personality, a star or a celebrity.”
“First and foremost, I am a normal human being like everyone else. For me, it was just opening up about issues that people don't talk about that often,” she added.
Ileana said speaking up would help in bringing “more awareness.”
“I didn't look at it from this perspective that I'm an actor and it will be harder. I just wanted to talk about it thinking if I could help someone,” she added.
The actress, 30, believes that being aware that there is a problem and that you need to address it, is important.
‘Well, I am a 50-year-old man and in the last 25 years, nothing has changed. My fans love me immensely, their support and interest to watch me in the films has never changed. I do not feel my age. Rather I want to keep entertaining people for the rest of my life.’

Model Gigi Hadid feels upset when social media users slate her for an outfit, which initially made her feel “good” about herself when she first put it on. “There are times when I put something crazy on, and then I go on twitter and everyone's like, ‘What are you wearingIJ' And I'm like, ‘I felt so excited to put that on, and it made me feel good to walk out the door’.” Hadid finds constantly being judged for her appearance quiet frustrating.
