Risks essential, says Sushant
Sushant Singh Rajput has never shied away from taking risks, be it his stint on the small screen or taking a plunge into Bollywood with offbeat films like Kai Po Che and Detective Byomkesh Bakshy. The actor says he craves for excitement in life, adding that for him “risks are essential but very overrated.” Asked about the transformation as an individual and as an actor over time, he said it was “seamless”, adding that it is a false perception that theatres to films is a natural progression. “It's our perception that theatre to films is a natural progression but it's not. As an actor your job is the same. You need to pretend to the level of belief.” He added, “Excitement comes in the process of understanding it. Risks are essential and overrated.” The actor shared his views about the profession on the sidelines of the ongoing lakme Fashion Week 2016. Sushant made his ramp debut by walking for ace designer Manish Malhotra. In spite of his injury that he got while shooting for the last schedule of his upcoming film Raabta, he walked on the runway with complete panache and poise.

Selena enjoys working out
Selena Gomez enjoys yoga and exercises which help her keep her bottom toned. “Selena loves yoga, arm dancing and Pilates. We like to do a lot of butt-toning too. If you keep your same old routine, you will most likely get bored and wind up skipping the gym. Working out should be a part of your lifestyle, not an obligation or burden”, said Gomez’s trainer. “Make your workouts fun by keeping it fresh and doing something different each day. Selena and I do everything from Pilates to hiking to dance cardio to circuit training to yoga and spinning — the list goes on”, he added. Selena likes to switch her workout routines on her Revival tour as instructed by her trainer. “The workouts on the Revival tour change daily on purpose. We try and aim for 30 minutes of cardio at least four to six times a week. We do toning and stretching about six days a week”, the trainer said.
