All’s well between Arjun and Ranbir

Actor Arjun Rampal has quashed reports claiming a tiff between him and his co-star Ranbir Kapoor during the shoot of Roy. He said they are good friends and there is no animosity between them.

On being asked about the tiff, Arjun said, “Ranbir and I are very good friends. There has never been any sort of problem between us. I hope that there will be no problem between us in future as well.” The 41-year-old was present at the poster launch of his movie Daddy.

Reportedly, Arjun, who has shot for some of his portions in Roy, had to wait for the next schedule because Ranbir was unavailable for the shoot, hence, the delay.

Besides, it was also being said that initially Ranbir was to do just a cameo in Roy, but later the length of his role was increased.

I would not describe my journey from being a model to an actor as a struggling type. When I started modelling, within two years, I was chosen for Dubai Fashion Week and I was the only Indian to walk the ramp at the event. Married life is fantastic. Natasha has always supported me

JK Rowling reacts on Twitter

Author JK Rowling, known for Harry Potter series, gunned down a homophobic troll on Twitter. The author has 3.65 million Twitter followers but has only tweeted 170 odd tweets since August 2009 when she joined Twitter. It must have taken a special kind of troll to evoke a response from Rowling.

A homophobic Twitter used with the handle @halfelven55ff (now defunct) replied to one of JK Rowling's tweets saying he ‘stopped being a fan of the series' after it was revealed that Dumbledore was gay. Rowling responded with a fitting statement that went viral on Twitter with more than a 1,000 retweets and favourites. Brian Scouter, the man whom Rowling mentioned in her tweet, is Scotland's richest businessman and a supporter and financier of anti-gay laws.
