Neil Nitin to play villain in his next
Actor Neil Nitin Mukesh, who is playing antagonist in forthcoming Tamil actioner Kaththi, says he's gone back to the days of Johnny Gaddar for the look of his role in the new film. He says the audience will get to see a “leaner and sharper” Neil in the film.
“I'm shooting for two films simultaneously — Kaththi and the Salman Khan starrer with Sooraj Barjatya. I've designed my looks in such a way that I could easily blend into both the characters. For Kaththi, I've gone back to the days of Johnny Gaddar, which is an inspiration for my look in the film,” Neil said. “I shed about 10 and a half kgs and reduced about four and half inches on the waist. I wanted the puffiness of the face to go down,” he added.

The three-week old Zindagi channel, which launched with shows from Pakistan in the first phase, will treat the audience to new shows every month. The channel is gearing up to launch two new shows, Maat and Noorpur Ki Rani as Aunn Zara and Zindagi Gulzar will come to an end. Noorpur Ki Rani, which has already replaced the refreshing rom-com Aunn Zara, is a story of paradoxes brought out by contrasting characters of Noorie and princess Rania. Maat will air from July 19.
Cheryl Cole marries secretly
Singer Cheryl Cole has married her beau Jean-Bernard, a French restaurateur, secretly after dating him for three months. The couple reportedly exchanged vows a week ago on Macaroni Beach in Mustique in front of just four witnesses. The 31-year-old singer confirmed the news by posting a photograph of her wedding ring on Instagram. She posted the news online to “stop the speculation” about her relationship. “I usually do not discuss my personal life but to stop the speculation I want to share my happy news. Jean-Bernard and I married on 7/7/14. We are very happy and excited to move forward with our lives together,” she said. Despite being with him for just three months, she had no hesitation about marrying him. The pair moved to her Hertfordshire home together last month.
