Kashyap bats for The World...

Anurag Kashyap, who is presenting India-born Canadian filmmaker Nisha Pahuja's documentary The World Before Her, wishes that the film is watched across the country. The documentary explores the complex and conflicting environment for young girls in India by profiling two young women —  Ruhi Singh, who aspires to become Miss India, and Prachi Trivedi, a militant Hindu nationalist with the Durga Vahini, participating in two very different types of training camps. “There is so much it says and it is very important that it is seen across the country. I wish it is also dubbed in various languages,” Kashyap said.

“This is one film that should be seen. It does not give you any answers, what it does is it poses a lot of questions, it questions your actions, how you think, how you look at the world,” he said.

Jon Hamm slams Justin Bieber

Golden Globe-winning actor Jon Hamm has called singer Justin Bieber a “sh** head” and thinks that the singer should learn “basic life skills” so that fame doesn’t ruin his life. Bieber is facing charges of Driving Under the Influence (DUI), resisting arrest and possessing an invalid driver’s licence in Miami in January.

“look at Bieber or whoever. You’re like, ‘What the f**k, manIJ What are you doingIJ WhyIJ’ There’s no one telling those people no, and it’s a shame,” the 43-year-old said in a magazine interview.

He feels that “Bieber needs a mom or a dad or a really good friend who can say, Hey sh**head!”. “There used to be a class that kids had to take in high school called home economics, which was cooking and sewing and just s**t you needed to learn in life,” said the American actor.
