National Anthem in Farhan’s BMB

The makers of Bhaag Milkha Bhaag (BMB) plan to shoot a video featuring prominent sports personalities against the backdrop of the National Anthem. Directed by Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra, the movie is a biopic on ‘Flying Sikh’ Milkha Singh.  Farhan Akhtar is playing the title role which hits theaters on July 12. As part of a unique strategy, the makers have the idea for a video song. A source said it will feature 12 prominent personalities from Indian sports, singing the National Anthem. “Since the biopic tells the real life story of a hero, (Milkha Singh) who fights against  odds, the makers believe it must be saluted. That's how the concept occured. It is uncertain if other musicians will sing.

Waving aside plans of remaking the iconic Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak (QSQT), which completes 25 years this April, the film's leading lady Juhi Chawla said, “It was released on the 29th (of April) and the whole cast and crew has been invited for a screening on that day. I am very excited and looking forward to it.” She added, “It is the foundation stone of my career, so I am emotionally attached to it. If it is made again then I and Aamir would do it again.”

Directed by Mansoor Khan and written by his father Nasir Hussain, QSQT saw the debut of Hussain's nephew Aamir Khan and actress Juhi Chawla, who went on to become stars.

Evan’s sexual identity issues

Actress Evan Rachel Wood, 25, was worried about telling her family about her sexual orientation in 2011. But with time, she felt being bisexual was, “socially acceptable. With me, the reason why I came out is because I felt like now was the time to no longer be silent about it,”said Wood.

“I wanted to wait for the right time and wait to have enough years under my belt where people knew that it wasn't a phase and I wasn't doing it for attention,” she added.
