Hyderabad: Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) spokesperson Dr Manne Krishank alleged that Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy’s brother Kondal Reddy had submitted a medical certificate citing memory loss before the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal in connection with proceedings over alleged non-payment of taxes.

Referring to a tribunal order dated November 26, 2025, Krishank alleged that Kondal Reddy had submitted a certificate issued by Medicover Hospital, which he claimed was linked to the Chief Minister’s family, stating that he was undergoing continuous treatment for memory loss.

Addressing a press conference, Krishank alleged that Kondal Reddy had misled the tribunal and demanded that the Chief Minister explain the allotment of government land worth around ₹200 crore to Tesseract Aerospace and Defence, a company allegedly owned by Kondal Reddy.

He questioned whether the government had examined the company’s eligibility and financial capacity before allotting the land, particularly in view of the income tax proceedings and outstanding bank loans allegedly involving its chairman.

Krishank demanded an investigation by Central agencies into the business interests, financial transactions, bank loans and land allotments involving members of the Chief Minister’s family.

He questioned the expansion of businesses allegedly linked to Revanth Reddy’s brothers into corporate schools, hospitals, automobile showrooms, real estate, aerospace and defence despite reported loan defaults.

Referring to RR Corporation, which he claimed had been established by the Chief Minister’s brothers, Krishank alleged that the company was developing shopping malls and high-rise buildings while welfare corporations in Telangana were being neglected.

Citing concerns raised by BRS deputy floor leader T. Harish Rao during a meeting with residents near Seven Hills in Kokapet, Krishank questioned a proposed 100-foot road that he alleged would benefit an RR Corporation shopping mall and an international school being developed by the Chief Minister’s daughter.

He said residential properties, play schools and smaller educational institutions could be affected by the proposed road. He demanded that officials disclose the land-use permissions, road approvals and details of the projects.

Krishank also referred to a newspaper report concerning the closure of a road along the Narsingi route in connection with a real estate project. He sought clarification on whether RR Corporation had received support from the Chief Minister’s Office.

Citing brochures downloaded from the websites of RR Corp and R9, he demanded disclosure of details relating to high-rise buildings and shopping malls being developed in Kokapet. He also claimed to have found similar email addresses in the records of several companies and sought an investigation into their financial and business links.

Krishank alleged that RR Corp had borrowed Rs 30 crore in 2024 and another Rs 25 crore in 2026 from Venkateswara Financiers. He said A.V. Reddy was a director of the financial firm and demanded an investigation into whether the transactions involved related-party lending or circulation of funds between connected entities.

He also questioned claims that businesses associated with the Chief Minister’s family, including Mindvault Ventures corporate schools, Swachh Bio, Tesseract Aerospace and Defence, Medicover, Geetha Hyundai showrooms and MaxBN Pharma, had a combined value of approximately Rs 50,000 crore.

Krishank sought clarification on a reported Rs 1,000-crore agreement involving Swachh Bio, the alleged allotment of government land worth Rs 200 crore to Tesseract Aerospace and Defence and the business relationships between the companies.

The BRS spokesperson also sought an explanation regarding the registration of assigned lands and lands reportedly classified as prohibited under Section 22A in the name of Anumula Krishna Reddy.

Questioning the sources of investment in the family’s alleged business interests, high-rise buildings and shopping malls, Krishank demanded disclosure of financial records, bank loans and funding details.

Referring to Union home minister Amit Shah’s earlier remarks about an "RR Tax", Krishank questioned what action the Centre had taken on those allegations and why a formal investigation had not been initiated.

He urged Central investigative agencies to examine the income tax returns, financial records, bank loans, land transactions and business links of the companies and individuals concerned.

Krishank demanded that the Centre order an investigation into the allegations and make its findings public.s concerned.
