Giving a clarion call for uprooting the Akhilesh Yadav Government out of UP, BJP State president Keshav Prasad Maurya said that if the BJP comes to power “bhatija and bua” would be sent to jail for corruption and misuse of Government money.

“Corruption has been institutionalised during the BSP and SP regimes. The time has come to free Uttar Pradesh from corrupt SP, BSP and Congress. People of the State are fed up with Gunda Raj and have made up their minds to give BJP a chance,” he said during his presidential address on  inaugural session of the State Working Committee meeting here on Saturday.

Taking a cue from Modi’s Congress-mukt Bharat, he coined a slogan BSP-SP and Congress-mukt UP.

“Samajwadi Party and the Bahujan Samaj Party  are hand-in-glove in protecting each others’ interests.  Even after the lokayukta ordered a CBI probe against BSP leader Naseemuddin Siddiqui, Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav did not order a probe. Akhilesh Yadav is the most unsuccessful Chief Minister UP has seen so far,” Maurya said.

Maurya, MP from Phulpur in Allahabad , also announced that if the BJP comes to power then a high-level probe would be ordered in all the cases of corruption under SP and BSP. “Bua aur bhatije ko jail jaana padega,” he said and added, “a scam of over Rs 3 lakh crore has taken place during the Akhilesh regime.”

Hitting out at the SP Government for the poor law and order situation in the State he said policemen were being killed or beaten up on a regular basis. “When policemen of the State are not safe how can a common man on the street feel safe,” he said.

He said the recent gangrape in Bulandshahr is a glaring example of the sorry state of law and order and attacked Akhilesh for defending a controversial Minister for giving insensitive statements.
