Providing relief to the property taxpayers, North Delhi Municipal Corporation (NDMC) has announced that all the property tax offices will remain open on holidays between March 29 and March 31.
Mayor Preety Agarwal said the decision was taken in order to provide enough time to avail the benefit of ‘Property Tax Amnesty Scheme 2018’ in which a provision is made to wave100 per cent penalty and interest on all types of residential properties.
Earlier, the scheme was covering all type of properties in unauthorised colonies only but now the scope has been extended, she said.
