A school management in Rajkot sacked a lady teacher for setting questions about the ongoing pro-quota Patidar stir. 28-year-old leena Vachchani set questions for class VIII general knowledge paper in an English Medium Modi School — considered as one of the most reputed in the commercial capital of Saurashtra region. According to sources, the school derives its name from its founder Rashmikant Patel and known for giving toppers in Gujarat Board exams. The young lady teacher admitted her ‘mistake’ before the school management and she was asked to tender unconditional apology too. later on she was sacked. The teacher belongs to Patel community and she asked the students why Patidars are agitating.
