lashing out at Congress president Sonia Gandhi once again for calling him a tea vendor, BJP prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi asked her not to underestimate him as he had the right to live with dignity and fulfil his dreams.

"I have seen poverty, and may again see adverse conditions, but I have a right to live with dignity, Modi said while addressing meetings in Deoria and Kushinagar on Saturday. “Sonia Gandhi and leaders of other political parties can mock me by calling me a tea seller, but it is not a crime,” Modi said while promising people to give them a stable Government. “For this, I only want the support of people,” he added.

The BJP prime ministerial candidate said the "departure" of the Government run through remote control by Sonia Gandhi and her son Rahul Gandhi was now certain. “The people are now fed up of the weak and anti-people Congress-led UPA Government,” he added.

In his speech, Modi also rapped the SP Government for its anti-people policies and promised better development in Poorvanchal if the BJP-led NDA Government came to power at the Centre. The Deoria lok Sabha seat goes to poll on May 12.
