It wasn’t a regular weekend morning at Select CityWalk last Saturday. The premises was being monitored by five security personnel on standing scooters with confounding chaos inside.
As people gathered around the main arena, actress lara Dutta and her husband Mahesh Bhupati emerged on a podium in the middle of the mall. They were there to unveil the latest Samsung Smartphone S4. As launch ambassadors for the phone, Dutta and Bhupati said they were loyal Samsung customers too. The couple visited the Samsung smartstore to distribut pre-booked phones.
“I am not a tech savvy person. But, Mahesh is really into gadgets. In fact, he spends more time with gadgets than with me. But, my association with Samsung has been for a while, so I am here,”. Dutta said. Adding to that, Bhupati said: “I have been a loyal Samsung customer. My first smartphone was a Samsung Wave S 8500. And I have been eagerly awaiting the S4 launch.”
