Addressing the second Baleshwar Agrawal Memorial lecture in NDMC convention centre on Saturday, Minister for Power, Coal, New and Renewable Energy Piyush Goyal said, “Bihar seems to be busy at present, but I hope, after elections, it takes out time to invite Mauritius to set up sugar manufacturing industries as Bihar people come in highest numbers to work in them in Mauritius.” Goyal on the occasion organised by Indian Council for International Co-operation (ICIC) said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has stood out in every aspect to strengthen the Indian-African ties.

“Prime Minister Narendra Modi has extended the vision of the late veteran journalist Baleshwar Agrawal to strengthen the ties between Africa and India and Indo-Africa Summit this month was a true example,” said Goyal. The lecture that revolved around India and Mauritius bonding was also attended by Minister of State for Textiles, Santosh Ganwar.
