We need good energies to make our life beautiful. For that, we must make a good connection with God to get spiritual energy from him, says AJIT KUMAR BISHNOI
We can all agree that no matter what happens to us, good or bad, life continues. If it is so, then why should we not try to make it as beautiful as we can manageIJ This is very wise. In order to do that, let us understand some basics about a human life.
Energy has a very important role in our lives. We create different types of energies as well as use them. And we always need energies, especially from other sources like God, who provides spiritual energy. Energy never runs out as long as we are alive.
There are two kinds of energies: Positive and negative. Enthusiasm brings out the positive type. When we concentrate hard, we tap good energies. On the other hand, mental problems breed negative energy or sap our good energy, thus creating a negative aura. The contrary is also true. Saintly persons have an aura around them, which can now be photographed.
The next important consideration is quality of life index. I have listed below 24 factors, which have a large bearing on the quality of our lives. These are: Health, both physical and mental; sufficient money; satisfactory profession/engagement; happy family; good friends; faith in God; control over the mind; courage; love for others; hobbies; comforts and facilities; right knowledge, including spiritual; simple living; good routine; controlled stress; spiritual activities; good image; creativity; quality of our guru/s; lack of negative forces acting against us, like enmity; very few present problems/challenges; minimum fears/worries; and our natures. These are not in order of priorities.
Now we go to the realities of our lives. Defeats and setbacks are inevitable. No one except God, who is all-knowing and all-powerful, can escape reverses in life. WhyIJ Because intrinsically we, souls, are small and can never be perfect, no matter how hard we try. Sometimes, circumstances will prove too much for us and at other times our natures will let us down. Every individual has some innate qualities or acquired skills, but no one can have all good qualities.
Having learnt all this, let us assess how are we doing in our lives. What are our moodsIJ The best one is when one feels contented, peaceful, happy and secure about the present and the future. The next category is of those who are like children and are working at it being very hopeful about the future.
The third category is of people who are trying to enjoy life as much as possible, but are not very hopeful about their future. The next lot is of people who are trying to pass time somehow without much hope about the future. And the last category is of people who are miserable and also have no idea about how to come out of their miseries.
So what is the conclusionIJ We need good energies to make our life beautiful. For that, we must make a good connection with God to get spiritual energy from him, which is the premier energy. Next, we must pay attention to the factors which enrich our lives and reinforce/inculcate them. Then, we must accept the realities of life and should never be in denial.
If we do all of the above, our mood will be of the first kind, ie contented, peaceful, happy and secure. Our quality of life will be satisfactory. This is all we can hope for because perfect life is a mirage. In short, let us make our lives as beautiful for now and for future also as is practical. This is within our reach while we continue in our present bodies.
